  • Dairy before fix

I have been running for 4 years. I used to ride a cycle before being about to running. The reason that I run is because loosing weight. At that time, My weight was around 88kg. It was very heavy weight for my tall. I really wanted loosing weight. So I asked my friend who had very healthy body how I could loose weight. He said "Just run. That's it.". Is that all? Just Run? And how?  From that time, I started to walk every night. I thought I should walk first before run. Because My legs were not ready to run. I would hurt if I run. I just walked for 3 months, sometime I walked for 30 minutes, sometime 1 hour. I was able to run for 20 minute after 3 months. How amazing !

And Now, I am able to run for 4 hours. I did Marathon which Chun-Cheon Marathon, I finished it in 4:22. It was really good for me. Imagine, I did marathon !! I am a FINISHER !

After that time, I did run everyday. I want to goal faster than before. I practice as much as I can. But today, I am so tired. My legs kind of hurt. So, I want to rest.

Is that all? Just run? And how? From that moment, I started by walking every night. I thought I should walk first before running because my legs weren’t ready for running, and I was afraid of hurting myself. I walked for 3 months, sometimes for 30 minutes, sometimes for 1 hour. After 3 months, I was able to run for 20 minutes. It was amazing!

Now, I can run for 4 hours. I completed the Chun-Cheon Marathon in 4:22. It was a great achievement for me. Imagine, I ran a marathon! I am a FINISHER!

Since then, I have been running every day, aiming to improve my speed. I train as much as I can, but today, I am very tired. My legs are kind of sore, so I want to take a rest.

I have been running for four years now. Before I began this journey, I used to ride a bicycle. My main motivation for starting running was to lose weight. At that time, I weighed around 88 kg, which felt quite heavy for my height. Determined to make a change, I turned to a friend with a fit physique for advice. His simple yet profound response was, “Just run. That’s it.”

Was it really that simple? Just run? And how should I start? I decided to begin by walking every night. I believed that walking was a necessary first step before diving into running, as my legs needed to build strength and I wanted to avoid injury. For three months, I walked regularly—sometimes for 30 minutes, sometimes for an hour. After this period, I was thrilled to find that I could run for 20 minutes. It felt like an incredible accomplishment!

Today, I can run for up to four hours. I completed the Chun-Cheon Marathon in 4:22, a personal milestone I am immensely proud of. Just imagine— I ran a marathon! I’m a FINISHER!

Since then, I’ve been dedicated to running daily, striving to improve my speed and endurance. I push myself as much as possible, but today, I’m feeling quite exhausted. My legs are sore, so I’m taking a well-deserved rest.
